About

My name is Andrea Starbuck, and no I’m not related to the coffee brand, BUT I know about recruitment and job search strategy. I started and ran a successful recruitment business for over 10 years, helping hundreds of people find new jobs.

Unfortunately, there is no magic formula to finding a new role, but I have put together, a set of effective practical workshops, advice, and insider tips to help you put your best foot forward.

With these workshops, you will end up with a new-found confidence, a winning CV, an optimised LinkedIn profile, knowledge on how and where to find roles, and the ability to uncover the hidden job market. Everything you need to secure a new job. I work with anyone who needs help and support from returners, and career changers, to students and accomplished professionals.

How does it work?

There are four workshops, each one requiring approximately two hours (with some extra homework). You can pick and choose which one suits you or select the whole series. There is also an option to design a more bespoke combination, this is negotiable on an individual basis. I work face-to-face in person from my home office in Sevenoaks, or in a town center workspace within a 10-mile radius from Sevenoaks. I also work virtually if that is more convenient.

Prices vary depending on your circumstances and start from £150. I offer students a 25 % discount. Please contact me for more information.
